By accessing the Website or purchasing a £30 deposit for the Event ticket, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Ticket Deposit: 1.1. The payment of £30 represents a deposit for an Event ticket and is not the full ticket price. 1.2. The deposit secures your place at the Event and will be deducted from the total ticket price.
2. Event Admission: 2.1. Event tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. 2.2. Valid ID is required for entry to the Event. You must be of legal age to attend and consume alcoholic beverages.
3. Ticket Purchase: 3.1. Tickets are sold subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. 3.2. Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources may be invalid and will not grant access to the Event.
4. Event Schedule: 4.1. The Event schedule, including the lineup, may be subject to change without notice. 4.2. The Event organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen items during the Event.
5. Conduct: 5.1. All attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward others. 5.2. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the Event without refund.
6. Health and Safety: 6.1. Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety during the Event. 6.2. Please follow all Event rules and guidelines, including those related to COVID-19 if applicable.
7. Photography and Recordings: 7.1. Photography and recordings for personal use are generally allowed but may be subject to restrictions set by the Event organizers. 7.2. Professional photography and recording equipment require prior approval.
